These Terms govern use of the Nuvellia online store and purchases made through the website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory protections under applicable law.

2. Eligibility to purchase
You may buy if you have the legal capacity required under the law of your country. You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during your order is accurate and up to date.
3. Products and information
We do our best to describe products, sizes, materials and colours accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Images are illustrative and do not replace the specifications shown on the product page.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Taxes, shipping charges and other applicable costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order, informing you and giving you the option to cancel.
5. Orders and formation of the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when you receive our confirmation of acceptance or shipment. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious error, delivery restrictions or a breach of these Terms. In that case, we will refund any amount already charged.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method. An order may be suspended or cancelled if payment is not authorised.
7. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, high demand, events beyond our control or customs checks.
8. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period provided by law. Nuvellia also offers a commercial return period of 30 days from delivery. See the Returns and Refunds Policy for the process, conditions and exceptions.

Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee under applicable law. If a product is defective or does not conform, contact us for help and access to the remedies provided by law.

Before starting a dispute, we invite you to contact us to seek an amicable solution. The authorities and courts designated by applicable law retain jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons. The version applicable to an order is the one available when the purchase was made.
